SHIPPING POLICY

Please note our shipping policy as follows: We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 5 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7-10 working days, to ship the order. We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders. To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies. While we shall Endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.



RIDER POLICY

Domani Home Service is only available for articles which are shown in stock on our website. All Orders, booked and paid for, cannot be cancelled. No returns or refunds are allowed. RETURN/REPLACEMENT POLICY

We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, here's how we make it work:

Return Shipping Since we offer complimentary one-way shipping on all orders, return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We can arrange a reverse pickup upon request - applicable charges may or may not be refunded depending on the reason for return. 

Refund Processing Refunds are initiated once we receive and inspect the returned product at our facility. Please allow us 24 hours for inspection after receiving.

  • Credit/Debit Card – Refunded to your card within 7 working days (reflects in your next statement)
  • Net Banking – Credited directly to your bank account via UPI

Important Conditions

  • Customized products – No refunds on custom-made products. But will surely try our level best to make alterations.
  • Sale products – No refunds or replacements on sale products.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging.
