SHIPPING POLICY

Please note our shipping policy as follows: We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 5 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7-10 working days, to ship the order. We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders. To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies. While we shall Endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

Domani Home Service is only available for articles which are shown in stock on our website. All Orders, booked and paid for, cannot be cancelled. No returns or refunds are allowed. RETURN/REPLACEMENT POLICY

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any merchandise you have ordered from Domani. The return / Replacement / refund policy is customer friendly so that you will feel more comfortable in making online buying decision. In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can replace any merchandise bought from Domani Home Service within 15 days from the original date of invoice, provided that the article(s) being returned for exchange is unused, clean, and in their original state and packaging.
No return/refund/replacement on SALE products. Please keep your invoice safe and intact as it is essential to give the same to the store while getting your product exchanged. If you prefer to return/replace the merchandise by courier send us a mail at info@domanishoes.com, specifying the reason for return/ replacement. Please mention your order number, date of purchase and mode of payment. Upon receipt of your request, we will contact you within 24 to 48 hours. Please return to us the unused merchandise in original packing (Same packaging in which the merchandise was sent to you) for inspection. Replacement, if available will be couriered to you or a Store Note will be available for unhampered products. In case you wish to return the product, the amount excluding the bank charges will be returned on approval from our Quality Controller. Please note that the product should be unused and should be sent back along with original box and invoice to: MODELLO DOMANI (TAGGED STORE) C 140, Lajpat Nagar 1 (Opp. Railway Line), New Delhi, India - 110024 The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Refunds are processed in 15 days by Cheque or NEFT, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address, and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the cheque.
