We at Modello Domani understand how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. So we have tied-up with a large network of leading courier and logistic providers to deliver your products to you as early and safely as possible. Under normal operations, we aim to maintain a ‘within 48 hours’ dispatch policy. Further depending upon the location, expect the product to be delivered at your doorsteps within the next 4-8 days.

Return Policies: What items can I return or exchange and in how much time? We offer returns and exchanges on all our shoes (not accessories). Domani Shoes offers a simple and easy 7-day return policy to our customers. You can conveniently return or exchange an item within 7 days from the date of delivery. All items to be returned or exchanged must meet the following conditions: All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons; and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted. All original packaging of the product should still be intact and no damage has been done to either the product. Shoes are completely unused, which means that there should not be any scratch or use marks on the sole or upper of the shoe. For return reasons please take great care when you first try on your shoes to avoid leather marking and other sole stains. If you are trying to assess the size/fit of the shoes, please walk on a carpet or a clean surface to avoid sole damages. Modello Domani reserves the right to do a thorough quality check of the product to ensure it is resalable before issuing a credit or exchanging the product. Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
No amount will be reimbursed in this case Items that cannot be exchanged or returned: Items on sale, Custom or bespoke items that are made to order with your specifications, Items that are worn out or used and not returned in the original condition or packaging.
Defective or Damaged Products: If you happen to receive defective or damaged product(s), notify us on info@domanishoes.com within 24 hours of receiving the goods along with the pictures. Any damages on arrival issue should be reported (via mail) within 48 hours / 2 days along with the pictures to investigate transit reasons with third party couriers.
How do I initiate the return process? You can simply write to us at info@domanishoes.com and we shall be more than happy to process the return / exchange for you. To process a return or exchange successfully, please re-pack the items to be returned with all the original packaging & tags that they were shipped with.
How do I receive credit in case of a successful return? After the goods have been received at our warehouse and thoroughly checked, a ‘full refund' Excluding the shipping/COD charges which is usually issued within 2-5 days.
Who pays for the return shipping? Return shipping is to be borne by the customer/agent/sourcer initially. However, that amount will be adjusted in their exchange/refund/order as and when placed in present or future. Please note that any COD charge and forward shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

International Shipping Terms & Conditions Prices are shown in US dollars. Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. International Orders may require 3-5 business days or more of additional processing time prior to shipment as we may need to consolidate items to one location for shipment.
Returns / Exchanges Customer is responsible for all back and forth shipping and brokerage charges for returns or exchanges. International shipments should be marked as a "Merchandise Return" with a carrier that does not levy brokerage fees. Customer is responsible for any applicable brokerage or customs charges.
