A wholecut in wine red patina, cut from a single piece of croco embossed leather with no seams across the upper. Hand-painted, finished with a gold metal toe cap on the sole. Padded nappa lining.

Wine red is the festive Draco. Deep oxblood at the heel warming through to burgundy across the toe, which is where hand-painting earns its place, because a flat burgundy leather looks nothing like this. Sits naturally with ivory, cream and gold sherwanis, and with charcoal or black western formalwear.

A wholecut is the hardest dress shoe to make well, because a single flaw in the hide ruins the whole upper. Made to order, painted by hand, so no two pairs match exactly.
